⅓ of your total ticket purchases cost may be applied to either a corporate training or coaching package of at least two sessions. Please note: The credit on a corporate training or coaching package is only valid if the outreach for scheduling the training or coaching session is complete within 30 days after the event. While the actual session may occur within 90 days, scheduling must be complete within the first 30 days post-event. After these respective timeframes have lapsed, the 1/3 credit will be voided.

Things come up and we understand. That's why if you cancel up to 4 weeks in advance we will fully refund your ticket cost. If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the cost of your ticket.
